Every public observation on SpreadVista carries its reporting period and provenance. When a reported issue is verified and corrected, it is recorded here — what was wrong, where, for which period, and the disclosure that settles it. Corrections are evidence of data discipline, not failure.

How it works: a reader reports an issue from an entity page → the report is triaged → verified against the filer's own disclosure → corrected in the served data → published here when material. See the methodology for how observations are extracted and cross-validated.
